My room was large and clean. The location of the hotel is accessible. The rooftop pool was a good addition, and I enjoyed using it after a long day.

The staff provided a very cute and friendly reception. The pool includes a bar and temperature controls. I found taxis readily available just outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered decent options and the food at the restaurant and pool bar tasted good.

The room was very nice and it was clean.
The pool area did NOT resemble the photos at all. The pool itself seemed very shallow and rather small. The area surrounding the pool really NEEDS updating.

mixed feelings about this place
faulty tv shallow pool
the room was big and fairly clean, so that was acceptable.
i was annoyed about the table in the room. it was squint, and the tv looked like it could fall. i told staff, but nobody fixed it. the pool area did not look like its photos. the pool felt shallow, small, and lacked shade. the whole area needs updates.

rooftop pool nice music local malls dirty marks broken chair unmet expectations
the rooftop pool really stood out! it had nice music playing. the bar was accessible and so nicely decorated. the location is also pretty good for accessing the bts and local malls.
i had some issues with the room. there were dirty scuffed marks on the walls. the chair was also broken in my room. i didn't have a great experience because it didn't meet my expectations this time around.
